points share command did not work

hello, there is a command to share points with other users on the zone, but it does'nt work.
wen i typing in /points 3 tango hopper i get back a message telling # has 0 points inteier account

I think you aint typing the right command. for sharing your points to someone, you've to select the person from the combo and type /award and number of points. /points command is for knowing how much points you're having.
